Know your blood sugar level to avoid diabetes

Diabetes is a commom disease to millions of people around the world today. This diabetes diesease cannot be cure but it can be stop if care is taken of. Have a gluclose test every six months if you notice you had symptoms of diebetes. The gluclose can be done in hospitals or private clinic. Todays most local clinic are organizing gluclose test for their regular patients every six months with other associated company.

Before going for your blood test, fasting for at least 8 hours overnight to get the normal blood sugar level. our normal gluclose blood level is less than 100mg/dl. If your gluclose level exceed 100mg/dl to 125mg/dl, a sign of of pre-diabetes and if it exceed from 125mg/dl, then your doctor had to retake another gluclose test to comfrirm if the patients is having diabetes. Patients whose glucose blood test is 200mg/dl, the patients will go throught many symptoms such as having blurred vision, swollen bottom parts of the leg, feeling thirst more often or hunger, weight loss and frequent urination.
