Having my glucose test every six month

Last year was not a good year for me as I was in and out of the hospital for many other resons. The first incident was an accident involving a car which bang the back of my bike. I was thrown a few yards aways, luckly there was no coming car and I had leg fracture and some brusised. Its takes me nearly three months to be able to ride my bike again. The second I had a mile heart attack and had to be send to hospital by 911. The third was a back pain in my spinal which gives me alots of pain and hard to move.

Now every thing is fine but I had to have my glucose test every six months before I see my heart doctor. Before you went for your glucose test you must not take any foods or solid drinks as less ten hours. The nurse will take your blood in two small tube and sometimes I was given a small bottle to had my urine test. Height and weight was always check. Infacts having my first heart attack was a blessing as I quit cigaretter after the doctor advice.
