Last year was not a good year for me as I was in and out of the hospital for many other resons. The first incident was an accident involving a car which bang the back of my bike. I was thrown a few yards aways, luckly there was no coming car and I had leg fracture and some brusised. Its takes me nearly three months to be able to ride my bike again. The second I had a mile heart attack and had to be send to hospital by 911. The third was a back pain in my spinal which gives me alots of pain and hard to move.

Now every thing is fine but I had to have my glucose test every six months before I see my heart doctor.
